We would like to announce the retirement of Teruo Sawada, Representative Director, as well as the appointment of Tsuyoshi Ogiku to the position of Representative Director, with effect from March 20, 2022.

Inaugural Message

Thank you for your continued support of BTB Drug Development Research Center.
I am honored to have this opportunity to succeed Teruo Sawada as Representative Director. I hope to continue spurring drug development under this new regime with the aim of bringing new drugs to patients suffering from intractable diseases as quickly as possible. I would be very grateful if you could provide me with the same level of guidance and support that you have kindly offered to the former Representative Director.

I would like to welcome you to our newly launched website, and I look forward to my new role as Representative Director.
